Shipping Policy

1. Production & Lead Times

All artworks are produced to order and hand-embellished by Paul Oz. This ensures every piece is unique and finished to gallery standard.

Production typically takes up to 2 weeks before your order is ready to ship. The delivery times in section 3 apply after production is complete.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.

Local import duties, taxes or fees may still apply depending on your country’s regulations. These remain the responsibility of the customer. In many cases, original artworks are duty- free under tariff code 9701, but sales tax, GST, or handling fees may still be charged by your customs authority.

3. Delivery Times (After Production)

We ship via reputable couriers with tracking and insurance

UK: 2–5 working days.
Europe: 5–10 working days.
USA & Canada: 7–14 working days.
Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4. Packaging & Insurance

All artworks are professionally packed to gallery standard, using materials suitable for international transit. All shipments are fully insured until signed for at the delivery address.
