Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.

We comply with applicable consumer laws in each country we sell to:

Australia:

  • If your artwork is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
  • For a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement.
  • We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for eligible claims.

United States:

  • While there is no federal requirement for change-of-mind returns, if the artwork arrives damaged or materially different from the description, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Canada:

  • If the artwork is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will arrange a remedy in line with your provincial rights.

Reporting a Problem:

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us in writing at info@bloomfineart.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photographs of the artwork and packaging.
  • Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
  • We will review your claim and confirm next steps. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation.

Return Authorisation & Shipping (Approved Cases Only):

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • International returns must be clearly marked on all customs forms and packaging as:
  • “Returned goods – claim for Returned Goods Relief”
    Include the original invoice number and export documentation to avoid further import charges into the UK.
  • For eligible claims under consumer law, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exclusions:

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, hanging, or display
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that naturally occur in hand-painted artwork
